[TechAssist] Dish remote

I have half a doz. new remotes (universals) that I don't have any setup for
.They have two logos on them. One is "Dish" and the other is "Webtv".On the
back the model # is123477447-AA and that the logos are trademarks of
Microsoft. Does any one know where I can get the setup for these remotes?
