[TechAssist] Dick Smiths Capacitance meter - advice

Hi, need a little advice about Dick Smith's Capacitance Meter.
Been recommended to me.  Need a meter that can detect bad caps IN CIRCUIT.
I waste too much time messing about here.
Any bad things regarding this meter?  Seems to be too good to be true!
Told that it is about £35 and is as good as some of the £100 plus meters!!
Is this true.
Need to know if there is a place in the UK that I can get this item as I do
not want to pay a fortune on shipping to England, UK (eg from Australia!!).
Also price etc.
