I work on pc's alot and I have to say that Defragging is a very high cause
of many avoidable pc problems. I've had pc's come in wiht totally lost Hd's
because windows statrs writing over itself when it moves the blocks around.

run Windows2000pro on my machine and I seem to have very little
anomalous(can't spell though) activity.

Just my thoughts
