[TechAssist] Daewoo DVP-1262N fixed

VHS player goes to stop after a few seconds. Using transparent dummy, it
could be seen that the reel idler gear was not contacting the take-up reel.
Looked like basket might be rubbing on idler gear. Bent the center of the
basket up a little to fix the problem
