[TechAssist] Daewoo DV-K985PI playback fault

Hi, have a Daewoo DV-K985PI  vcr.  Plays perfectly for about 30 minutes then
flickers for a second then back to normal followed by flicker etc.  It is
almost as if the videotape is being stuck for a second before being released
again.  I have cleaned the track etc and it is still there.  Any ideas?
