[TechAssist] Daewoo 20" DTQ20N2FC

This set has rapid flashing on CRT, fast ticking can be heard. Checked
H/O..OK.
Sorry guys...my first Daewoo.
Anybody work on these, or have run across this problem, looks like Collector
of H/O has about 120 volts on it.
