[TechAssist] DVD Area Code Correction

A few days ago someone was asking about re-setting the country or area code
on a DVD or CD player that was purchased out of this area.
I came across a file while hunting for info on Google. It gives all kinds of
good info for all sorts of makes and models specifically addressing the area
code.
The file name is "DVD Codes.exe". I will place it in the general download
area.
