[TechAssist] DAEWOO CMC-1707B FCC C5F7NFCMC1705B *DEAD*

I have a 17" DAEWOO CMC-1707B with FCC ID C5F7NFCMC1705B that when turned on it 
has a amber
light with no HV and a buzzing sound in the Power Supply.

I have checked the following but both the Hot and Fet checked okay.
C5244  (Q602)
J449 (Q607)
I replaced the following even thought they check okay.
R 182  10 ohm 2 watt
C182 10uf/250vdc  

I checked everything in the Power supply with no luck.

Any help would be appreciated.
