Hello. You did not give a model number or the name of the manufacturer or the date of manufacture but I would guess that you have a Daewoo (with a UL code 63JK ?). You said the channals are blocked sometimes? If so, you have an intermittent problem. If it is parental lock problem on a Daewoo then go to menu, select "special", select "parental lock", then volume down to "password enter or select". If you do not have a password or do not know it, enter 2,2,1,1. Then you can enter a new password or leave it blank.
