[TechAssist] Computor problem

I have a major problem that I need help on. Would they
be a program or a way that I can take a good program
from a hard drive and put on a CD and the re-install
on another. I have a unit taht has to hard drives and
both seem to be corrupt and some of the programs I
don't have the disk to reload the programs with.
