Roger check with export regulations (us customs) some technology is restricted to noth america only... [ITAR and EAR] England should not be that bad since it is in NATO but it is best to check as volations can be costly and customs/ homeland security has gotten toucher after 9-11 . Altough it may be diffent for personal use of us citizens while they are abroad as a non-permant export it is best to check. As for the voltage and frequency an aproprate voltage adaptor should sufice. I don't know enough about British phone systems to answer the other question.
