When unit is powered on the start up screen display has vert roll;like a bad
vert hold control on a tv.Does the same when playing a dvd.Sound is ok.I
checked caps in P/S.I know most of these cheap dvd's are exchange only but was
wondering if any one has seen this problem....TIA.....
