Sencore has always been pricey. But good quality...good Technical
Support.
At least since the last time I checked. 3 Years ago...on a Saturday
afternoon, I needed some set-up Parameters for a Tube that wasn't listed
in my CR70 Rejuvenator Manual. Guess what....??? They all spoke perfect
English..(American)...patched me to a Technician...had what I
needed....in less then 10 minutes, and it was a 1-800 number. You just
can't beat that.
That's why Support is so very Important these days. It has
almost been eroded.
