[TechAssist] CTC197CG direct view 32" pop in speakers,video flashes,etc

While on, there will be a pop thru the speakers.When this happens
there's a "glitch" in the video. Sometimes it will also shut down.
Searched the archives,no help. TV does not have a seperate audio output
module.All on board. Need clues. Assist. another shop.
