CTC169CC2 chassis, 27" TV.  We have changed all the usual suspects. Set ticks 
at plug in and our secondary voltages are almost non-existant. Had a shorted 
HOT, bad pin driverQ4803, bad pin diode, bad pin caps. Changed all caps [4] in 
power supply primary, chopper transistor , chopper IC, D4122 zener, D4101, 
D4118.
HELP !
