CTC187BD2   d.o.a  checked common known problems
 with this chassic  everything checks good ohms check 
etc. replaced cr4106     cr4107,fuse good ,hot qood
Q4101( C) +5.99v,Q4301=(C)=0v, U3201 0v on all,
r4104 =+165v   Q4303=0v,  ( regulator #1=+1.5v,
 2&3=0v),   (r4128= -2v  ),    U4101  pins (1=-2v),
 (2=-1.2v), (3=0),(
4=0),(5=+1.5v),(6=+1.5v),7=+.019v),
(8=0v), (9=0v), (10=0v),  (11&12 =+163v)
     any help appreciated
