[TechAssist] "B" List Help Please

I'm a member of Tech-Assist "A" list. What do I need to do to sign up for the 
repair@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx "B" list? I would like to start receiving emails on the 
"B" list since the "A" list will be closing soon.
