[TechAssist] Audiovox rampage VBP1000 12vdc LCD/VCP.q304 shorted,need print or part ID

Unit came in dead with tape inside,disassembled and smelled burnt hot smell
with unit plugged in.Found Q304 shorted on underside of audio/LCD pcb.This
PCB is mounted to the units lid.
 The #s on pcb are:LMP-0402M,85-N1-1101A and 200-4-17. (date code?)
 Anyone have info on these, print- circuit info- 000part ID of Q304?TIA
