Steve,
  Agree with you 100%. We take time from our busy
schedules to search for a part, charge what we feel is
a fair price, and then the schmuck doesn't even
respond with a thank you for our help. I have not
received much help from this list, but I thinking
lurking around does  provide me with a tip now and
then. Hang in there.
