Dave,
Those isolators are available from many distributors. Electro Sound
lists them for $3.99 (1-4), $3.49 (5-9), & $2.99 (10 & up). Their number
MI-14. 1-800-441-6110. They also have the p-c mount isolators. Same
price, number MI-30.
Don't know what the cap is.
