[TechAssist] Advent TV DV2418A picture stretched both sides and low volume

Hi Gang
This set came in with picture stretched both sides and low volume and faded
colors. Also the vertical height about one inch low from top and bottom.
I tried to find out the manufacture info on internet but so far no luck.
This is like a EPROM problem and I don't know how to get in the service mode
if in case I find and replace the EPROM..
Any help will be appreciated
