[TechAssist] Advent Color TV Model Q2035A. 2003 model. Picture is shrunk in about 3 in. on both sides, top and bottom, with about 1/2 in. of overscan at bottom of pix..The video is distorted some.

Can anyone help with this Advent brand? Never worked on any of these brands.
The picture comes on with sound, but has lost some deflection around all sides, 
top and bottom evenly,with the bottom 1/2in. bright over-scanned (like a 
distorted square) in the middle, "not C.C." though.
Vertical circuit checks good. The hor.output transistor is good. Adusting the 
supply voltage up or down doesn't effect the pix.
I don't have any schematics on this, and not familiar with the reguation 
circuit.
Can anyone help?
