[TechAssist] ATC113 No power - lightning

Power supply comes up ok. Chipper check Can read the eeprom ok. Error
codes are:
Code 3: 12V Run supply fault
Code 3: 12V Run supply fault
Code 18: Standby I2C clock or data is clamped at logic 0
Not sure about number 18 - I can "Ping Gemstar4 IC" and it responds on the
standby bus..
Anyone have a print or training manual for this?
