[TechAssist] APEX - GB65HD09W - Blooming

Hi All,
I've been out on this set and need to return with a verdict for the
customer. Has anyone had this problem and know the fix?
The picture blooms and the focus changes with bright scenes.
While in the convergence adjusting mode, it's stable because on the dark
background.
