thanks for your reply.
It is 13 inch tv and has dial type tuner vhf and uhf knobs.
it is probably early 80's.
customer really want to keep it.
I don't have the yoke in my hand right now, I gave to my friend and he was
trying to find from Mexico which they have a lot of junk TV's there.
I will find the number and email you back later. I just called him he was
not at his shop.

I don't know if you remember you found another yoke for me couple years ago.
and it fixed the set and set still running.
