I have not seen your problem. Every thing is normal.
If you use Outlook Express, make sure when it is receiving mail, it is not
hanging!
If it hangs during receiving, and stops, it will redownload all the same
posts.
I had this problem recently. It would hang during my Yahoo download, seems
one of the emails there was causing it. I had to go to the server and delete
the emails from there.
Do a send and receive and watch the download window for errors.
I CC'd this to you, in case you get the one not from the list first.
