[TechAssist] AIWA HV-MX1U, PAL to NTSC VCR,need PWB DA-02 circuit board. Repeat request.

This multi-format VCR will play NTSC tapes fine, but will not show a
picture with PAL or SECAM tapes--just a grey raster. The audio plays
fine. I swapped out 2 boards from a known good VCR (exact model) and
found out that the DA-02 board is at fault. All caps and fuses check
good on this board. This circuit board has 14 surface mount IC's. Does
anyone have a good DA-02 circuit board in their junk pile? Thanks.
