john I resoldered the whole bd replaced q906 with a original transistor from 
phillips {dont remember the number now} same problem but this time it took 
it out after 20 min. the transistor did not get hot at  all. I cant figure 
this out I didnt hear a pop or arc or anything? I measured power supply 130v 
on the money. I need an expert phillips tech I dont do many phillips sets
