CTC187CL3  #U3201 EEprom Voltages are:
Pins 1-4 = 0 volts
Pin 5 = 1.3 volts Scope shows good clock signal - voltage still 1.3 w/o 
eeprom installed
Pin 6 = 1.22 volts Scope shows good clock signal - voltage still 1.22 w/o 
eeprom installed
Pin 7 = 0 volts
Pin 8 = 4.88 volts
Replaced w/ (3) new eeproms to be sure - got same voltages and results. I 
don't think it's the eeprom.
