I have found two cases of contaminated crt pins causing changes in
screen
levels on newer Toshibas. Sometimes having retrace lines or a week color.
This has also been a problem on some Hitachi's. Adjusting the screen control
appears to fix at first but comes back in 3 to 6 months. I have been
scrubbing with dish water and a plastic brush ,drying with a cloth run
between the pins, so far so good.

This set has intermittent poor video with green cast to pic. I have replaced
the signal board and all crt boards. Im pulling my hair out because each
time I do something it works then fails a few hours later. Any help would be
