[TechAssist] 2nd Try : Samsung CXE1931 No Sync

Make : Samsung
Model : CXE1931 TV/VCR Combo (Similar to CXD1331/CXD1332 KH1 chassis
Problem : No Vert or Horiz sync in tuner mode. OSD is stable. Sync on VCR
play & A/V inputs OK
Does anyone have a schematic on this one they could scan/fax the signal path
from the tuner to the IC200 (TA1201AN) IF/Vidio processor.
We have changed IC200 with no results......not sure if the tuner is causing
this. Vlatge readings that are marked on the board are spot on.
