I have used Zenith universal remotes for years and have never seen a SMART
button on one. Which button works as the smart button for you?
Thanks for your reply, this could save lots of technicians the expense of
purchasing a service remote.

Answer 4 works. You can use a Zenith universal remote
725 instead of the service remote. Maybe other
universals work,but they need to have that smart
button feature.
