Following that logic, grab hold of the HV line in a TV. That must be
perfectly safe. And those power utility guys that get killed working on
those utility lines-what kills them? Don't tell me current. It is probably
something closer to coloumbs per second.
220/240 (whatever) is ONLY safer because people THINK that the higher
voltage means that they must be carefull. 110/120 (whatever) is Dangerous
because it is Common. Familiarity breeds contempt.

major reason 200+V is safer really boils down to the jolt it delivers which
cause the muscles to rapidly contract. IE you get booted on your backside
instead of being stuck on the line. It is a fact per head of population
there are les fatalities with 240V than 120V.
