[TechAssist] 13"magTV #HD1305 flyback - core fell apart

 this TV came in with no power..I think it needs a regulator -- had to
order..could not find any other problems, went to button it up and wait for
part- noticed the top half of the iron core on fly back loose, felt it with
my hand and it just came off? is it okay to just epoxy this back on?  Or is
that fly back shot?  Any help greatly appreciated -- Tony
