Most of the electronics worked right away, other than the solenoid (just
plugged in wrong) and an I/O that was shorting out a digital side card
(unused, so we just unplugged it once we were able to isolate it). Later,
one of the PWM wires for the CIM we removed, shorted out across 12 volts
(forgot to tape the pins after we took it out) and melted some of the
wiring in the chassis Victor box. I believe it fried the common ground
since all of them stopped working, so we just ran PWM cables direct from
the digital side card to the chassis Victors. We had some exciting moments,
but all-in-all, the electrical went really well.
