[team-oid] mkgmap dist updated to v0.2

        Hi, 
        I updated the mkgmap dist today to version v0.2 

        It contains a new splitter with version r174.
 This version seems to work with less memory consumption. 
        I also compiling a full update for all provided mapsets. So please
be patient. It will still take some days.
