[TCUG] Re: Tags

I have been recently warming to the sort of 'priority' a certain engineer
from a certain city somewhere in southern UK gives to taxis:  i.e in the
absence of a bus only give taxis a green every 'few' minutes!  I'm sure
that will usually be fully justifiable in terms of overall 'person delays'
on the junction (and as taxi drivers are 'regulars' they can't claim to be
'any more confused than normal' by this arrangement).
