[TCUG] Re: Late Start Signal Sequence

As far as I am aware the green arrow can only be terminated
by an associated full green or a leaving amber. So any early
start cannot have a green arrow.

Or is it the famous/infamous "Humberside" right turn filter, which some
love and some hate?

Personally, and from experience, right turn filters are great things...
however I don't know what these 'ere southerners will think of them when
I get the first sites installed...

Or is it the even more interesting "North-West" right turn indicative
arrow, with full green and green arrow, green arrow going off then
opposing traffic starting up?

Now that one I don't particularly like the idea of... but from what I've
seen it seems to work well in those parts. Again... southerners...

Thank god its Friday!
