I have that working too,  and (drum-roll) can configure the voice
(male/female) and accent. Looking at adding
your own voice prompts but will require some configuration. Add FM
rebroadcast is a nice to have as well.

I can build you guys any of that stuff. And I can match price, better
yet, here's a deal - by a GPS-1 for $250 and you can use my groundstation.

This year, there is a new RFS Groundstation in the works, and RTCM along
with some new
UAV support I have brewin (and yes, it does talk using some standard/free
tools) :-)
