Make sure the adjusters are backed off if you can move them.

and how in the heck can i get a stuck drum unstuck??? i've tried heat, BFH, prayer, pry-bar, nothing works. any suggestions???

oh, even tried dragging the damn thing down the driveway with a good sticky tire, that didn't work either, just left a beg black skid mark on the pavement.
