All tubes are basically super thin.  However, when you replace them they are
now available in stainless steel that look just like the original ones.  Big
advantage is:  no rust.

Good suggestion.  Are there different qualities of tubes?  Mine seem to be
super thin aluminum.

If it doesn't leak and it isn't rubbing inside, I would just run it. Buy a set
of tubes and carry them wherever you go.

I noticed one of my push rod tubes has a bend in it.  It doesn't seem to be
leaking oil.  How big of a deal is this?  I'd like to keep it running for the
up coming shows and not have to do a total tear down.
