Brian,
Send me your address and I'll make the pattern this weekend and mail it
next week.
Can you get 5'x5' sheets of 1/8" plywood anywhere around where you live? I
bought mine at Houston Hardwoods. A 4x8 sheet has to go in sideways and
the grain won't be going the right way.
Ronnie

Brian,
I have the original ceiling plywood from my '71 bus in storage. I only
kept the piece above the driver in case I wanted to make another one.
I can make a pattern in paper if you want it. I have some HD brown paper
from when I painted my bus.
Let me know.
Ronnie

You can make your self one out of cardboard and then transfer the
pattern to the wood. I had to do that on the 65 westy that I use to have.
Yes, the Vanagon guy had a split window.
