i remember seeing that one too...but i have dug through the last two years worth of magazines and can't seem to find it.

It was in the last 1-2 years I think, but they basically put some heat shields made out of sheet metal and clamped to the J tubes with band clamps. They said it lowered the head temps by diverting the heat out and away from the heads.
