Ethanol is a solvent.  Therefore it will eat things like lines etc.
There's fuel hose out there that is alcohol resistant but it will clean
the fuel system.  I'd think after a month or two your fuel system would
be very clean by now.  Are you using the small plastic filters?  I use a
Fram canister style disposable filter and haven't had any issues.  The
biggest one I've had with Ethanol is jetting.  1/2 step on the idles and
1/2 to a full step on the mains has been required for me.
