[tcb] Re: Plugs -- need answer before 8pm so I can buy or not.

I never let the oil temp hit 250 while driving. And, I now officially
give up. Put it back together and have the exact same symptoms. Running
only on 1 and 2 cylinders.

Good fire on 3 and 4 but there's nothing there for them to burn. Pull
the plug wires off of 3 and 4 and watch a good healthy spark go to the
tower but there is no effect on the engine/idle. Pull off either #1 or
#2 and the engine immediately dies.

MechMark, are you available to go through this motor before
Thanksgiving?

Contact me off list with potential cost and whether you want just the
motor or the whole bus. Single port. No clue what size pistons. I have
a complete Elring gasket set on hand (except the crush gaskets I
just installed).

It takes me 2 weeks to clear a single day to work on it.
