[tcb] Re: PARTS

I had one in the single cab that I had a few years ago. Really helps out with the extra gas. Fits right in in the single. Don't know about the Kombi with the tank in the rear. The smaller original isn't that easy to get in and out. Don't know if the later one will slide right in or not.

That is a nice swap.
I helped Eric put a bay tank in his 66.
I fits right in with a "little" modification (liberal application of
BFH in Eric's case)

Hey Lonnie, what kinda shape is the gas tank in? How
much do ya want for it?
I'd sure like to put a larger gas tank in them '58!

Thanks!

I had an intake off a T-3 with injectors. If you are
interested, I will see
if I can find it.

I also have:

a pair of front seats out of a '78 bay, I believe
they were the same as the
seats in the vanagons.

A rear seat from a '71

And a 14gal gas tank from a '71

If anyone is interested, I will make you a HE..ck of
a deal.

You could probably use a set of vanagon intakes. the
injecters are in the
manifolds and not in the heads. I might even have a
spare set of manifolds,
i've scrounged the injecters out all ready.

well i think chucks results don't lie and i can't
wait to see what the
in-laws results are. because the motor he has in the
car is just begging to

go for it in the bus. i

have been pricing the stock injection set ups and
think it could be done
fairly cheap as well.
