Help is close by... just get in your bus and take a drive (That's what I do)
I have a 22 mile ride out in the country that is really peaceful and calms
me down... a couple of weeks ago I came across a black bear walking down the
side of the road, I stopped and watched him go into the woods...... now that
was too cool for a little outside Houston Texas....
