I saw a cooking show once where a guy was going into the kitchens of restaurants and he would say to the workers, "Show me your burns" and every one would. This can also be said of all of us who work on cars, "Show me your scars". My fave is the one on my stomach where the die grinder got away from me and only by luck was I not disemboweled. ----- Original Message ----- From: Eric Woodall To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 06, 2009 1:11 PM Subject: [tcb] Re: Link for Terry and Sammy Chicks dig scars... mechmark@xxxxxxxxxxx wrote: And just think of all the extra scars you get from doing your own work...... ----- Original Message ----- From: "Eric Woodall" <eric@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx> To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 6, 2009 10:22:10 AM GMT -06:00 US/Canada Central Subject: [tcb] Re: Link for Terry and Sammy I agree with this whole-heartedly. Besides, its fun to do the work yourself. You might be close to tears a few times, but when your done you have a pride of ownership that only the you can enjoy. I still think that, unless you really need a "show stomper", you should do it yourself. It is better to laugh at your own work that feel ripped off by somebody else's. ----- Original Message ----- From: wuzmop@xxxxxxx To: tcb@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Wednesday, May 06, 2009 6:12 AM Subject: [tcb] Link for Terry and Sammy Here it is guys: http://aircoolers.org/v/showthread.php?t=8350 ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Big savings on Dell's most popular laptops.
