OK. Now, knowing that I said that when I would notice that I was doing 4K RPM I
would back off. I usually run a little past 3500 RPM in real life. I also run
watching my oil temp, whick to me, is the more important reading. I back off if
I hit 220 degrees.

Thanks for all the math. When travelling long distance i do believe I average
around 68 MPH. I guess tha Murray wanted to get home.

I got the 76.4 using 23.5" tire diameter. You must have used his 24". But
whatever, it's too darn fast for a bus, even if he does have a sway bar.

    Assuming a 3.667 final drive at 4000 RPM I get 78 mph (77.9)

The dog's motion is relative to the bus however if you measure relative to
the road it is moving at 78 mph.

Denis: We can calculate if you will get a ruler and go measure the diameter
of YOUR rear tire. Tire diameters vary by brand even for the same size So
measure your tire.

I didn't know that this could be calculated, but it will be fun to know
