You probably swallowed a valve in that cylinder and the debris bouncing around
in there slammed into the plug. You are going to have to pull the engine and
pull that head to see how much damage has been done.

Sounds like new motor/rebuild time...pull the heads to see what damage has been
done to the valves/valve train...
